Ilchmann Foerdertechnik GmbH became the European Representative of the US-American company Hi Roller Belt Conveyors in 2000.

Hi Roller Belt Conveyors do not compete with Ilchmann conveyors - Hi Roller complements the scope of supply of Ilchmann Foerdertechnik very well. Hi Roller is a manufacturer specializing exclusively in the design and application of enclosed and self-cleaning belt conveyors which will not only contain dust and spilled materials, but will also automatically reload that material back on to the carrying surface of the belt. The concept of Hi Roller's patented reloading system was conceived by Phil Clark in the late 1970's.

Hi Roller Belt Conveyors are especially made to handle dry and dusty granular products.

  The Hi Roller conveyor is designed from the ground up to be totally enclosed (similar with a chain conveyor trough). Hi Roller conveyors are designed with bearings which are completely isolated from the internal atmosphere of the conveyor.

  
  
  
• Self Cleaning & Reloading System:
  The patented reloading system returns any dust and spilled material back on to the carrying surface of the belt without the need for cumbersome auxiliary reloading equipment. The arrows show the flow of dust and spilled material back to the tail section where it is directed into reloading vanes, then thrown and deflected back on to the top belt.
  
  
  
  
• Ease of Maintenance:
  The Hi Roller Conveyor is designed with ease of maintenance being a high priority.
  
  
  
• Potentially Explosive Atmospheres - ATEX Directive 94/9/EC:
  Upon request Hi Roller Enclosed Belt Conveyors comply with ATEX Zone 22 (Category II3D) for dust.
