General Design
- Support structure in U-shaped steel to carry upper and lower idler stations
- Drive station with crowned pulley made of steel or cast iron:
- with rubber coating or
- with Slide-Lag® rubber coating (exchangeable wearing rubber)
- Scrapers (as pre- or main scraper)
- Rollers
- Support rollers, generally three-piece
- Return idlers
- Cushioned idler within field of activity
- Guide rollers (tracker)
- Belts:
- black or white (food grade)
- anti-static (ATEX applications)
- wear-resistant
- oil and grease resistant (oil extraction plants)
