    • Belt Bucket Elevators (centrifugal discharge)
    • Chain Bucket Elevators (centrifugal discharge)
    • Center discharge Chain Bucket Elevators (gravity discharge)

  • Housing:
    • Dust-protected
    • Oil-tight

  • Elevator head:
    • Divided hood for good maintenance
    • Externally located pillow block bearings with spherical roller bearings
    • Drive shaft passage with divided rotary shaft seals, packing glands, labyrinth seals, or similar
    • Crowned head pulley made of steel or cast:
      • with rubber coating or
      • with Slide-Lag® rubber coating (exchangeable wearing rubber)
    • Various anti-wear liner options
    • Inspection hatches and suction fittings

  • Elevator boot:
    • Tail pulley as a self-cleaning bar-type pulley with steel or cast iron and discharge cone
    • Externally located pillow block bearings with spherical roller bearing
    • Tail Shaft passage with divided rotary shaft seals, packing glands, labyrinth seals, or similar
    • Inspection and/or cleaning hatch
    • Belt or chain tensioning using stainless steel tightening spindles
    • Various anti-wear liner options

  • Elevator belts:
    • depending on application as synthetic elevator belts or with internal steel cables
    • black or white (food grade)
    • anti-static (ATEX applications)
    • wear-resistant
    • oil and grease resistant (oil extraction plants)
    • heat resistant
    • flame retardant
    • various belt connector types available, e.g. in steel or cast bronze (non-sparking)

  • Elevator chains:
    • Bushed conveyor chain (link chain, similar to DIN 8165), with tempered pins & bushes
    • Drop-forged conveyor chain (fork-type chain)
    • Round link chain

  • Elevator buckets, in plastic or steel:
    • Steel: Carbon or stainless steel, Welded or deep-drawn, Optionally with reinforced edges
    • Plastic: Polyethylene (HDP), Nylon or Polyurethane (PU)
    • Other custom types available on request, such as steel buckets with rubber bottoms or enameled buckets

  • Drive concepts
    • Indirectly driven with a chain drive (ratio = 1:3)
    • Directly driven with a clutch
    • Directly driven with bevel geared drives (with hollow shaft)
    • Each with integrated or separate/external backstop

  • Installation or inspection doors adapted to platform levels
