Reuter Fertigungstechnik GmbH & Co. KG is a subsidiary of ILCHMANN Fördertechnik GmbH and provides comprehensive manufacturing capabilities for bulk material handling equipment. Our services cover engineering, sheet metal processing, forming and welding as well as coating, assembly and quality assurance.

Production Capacity & Facilities

Our facility offers extensive space and equipment for the manufacture of large and heavy components and assemblies.

With more than 5,200 m² of production space and approximately 33,000 m² of outdoor area, Reuter is equipped to handle components weighing up to 20 tonnes and large assemblies of approximately 13 × 8 × 2.5 metres.

Several overhead cranes with lifting capacities of 5 and 10 tonnes support the handling of heavy components. Annual steel processing capacity is approximately 500 tonnes.

Key Facts
Durch die individuelle Anpassungen der Bauweise können wir Förderer in Food-Qualität und hygienisch und zudem auch staub-, öl- und gasdicht umsetzen. Ebenso lassen sich verschleiß- und korrosionsbeständige Edelstähle einsetzen sowie diverse Oberflächenbeschichtungen, wie Verzinken oder RAL-Töne vornehmen. Durch die Änderungen der Materialien, Geometrie und Oberflächen können auch Funktionen wie zum Beispiel Reinigungsöffnungen mit Schnellverschluss, Isolierungshalterungen, Schaugläser oder Sensorik optimal realisiert werden.

Manufacturing Capabilities

A key strength of Reuter is its high level of vertical integration.

Our capabilities include engineering and 3D CAD design, laser cutting and sheet metal processing, CNC bending, plate rolling and MIG, MAG and TIG welding.

Components and assemblies can subsequently be coated, assembled, test-run and functionally inspected in-house.

Welding & Quality Expertise

Quality assurance is an integral part of our manufacturing process.

Reuter has its own welding supervision and works with documented welding procedures including WPS and WPQR. Various inspection methods are available depending on customer and project requirements, including visual inspection, dye penetrant testing, magnetic particle testing, ultrasonic testing as well as pressure and leak testing.

Manufacturing in accordance with ATEX requirements, EN 1090-2 EXC2 and ISO 3834 is also available.

Welding Capabilities

Der Einsatz moderner CAD, FEM und DEM Software ermöglicht uns eine passgenauen Planung und die individuelle Umsetzung von Spezialanforderungen, wie zum Beispiel eine optimale Linienführung auf engstem Raum. In modernen Produktionsstätten erfolgt dann die passgenaue Umsetzung, die eine reibungslose Montage gewährleistet.

Wear Protection & Material Expertise

Reuter also specialises in the professional installation and processing of wear-resistant materials for highly stressed equipment and components.

Depending on the operating conditions, wear-resistant steels, composite materials and various lining systems can be combined to achieve optimum service life.

Materials and processes include Hardox and other wear-resistant special steels, hardfacing, stainless steel as well as rubber, PE and ceramic linings.
