Overview
Models:
Following models are available for horizontal or inclined conveying applications depending on the local situations and the properties of the conveyed product:
1. Ilchmann Belt Conveyors:
Standard open or covered belt conveyor, with flat or trough-shaped belts.
Performance limits:
- Belt widths up to 2,200 mm
- Conveying capacities up to 700 t/h (designed for peat)
- Conveying capacities up to 5,000 m³/h (designed for wood chips)
2. Hi Roller Enclosed Belt Conveyors
Enclosed belt conveyors, totally enclosed and self-cleaning.
Ilchmann Foerdertechnik GmbH became the European Representative of the US-American company Hi Roller Belt Conveyors in 2000.
Hi Roller Belt Conveyors do not compete with Ilchmann conveyors - Hi Roller enclosed and self-cleaning belt conveyors complement the scope of supply of Ilchmann Foerdertechnik very well. The concept of Hi Roller's patented reloading system was already conceived in the late 1970's.
